oBachelor’s/College Degree
OMinimum Of 1 Year Experience.
oAnalyze data, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues related to timekeeping is essential.
oAccuracy in recording and processing employee time data is crucial, as errors can impact payroll and other HR processes.
oProficiency in using timekeeping systems, HRIS software, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) is often required.

oPrepares monthly attendance summary for incentives.
oHandle timekeeping functions using hris.
oProvide performance appraisal of new & regularized employees to dept. heads for their rating.
oProvide NTE’s for tardiness.
oAssist employees with issues regarding entries in their payslip & coordinates it with concerned department such as finance & software to resolve the issue.
oOrient new employee regarding steps using dhris.
oProcess Government mandatory benefits payment contribution and loans.
