Responsibilities
- Measure success through key performance indicators and other metrics
- Provide analysis and meaningful information supporting decision-making and action-planning
- Analyze current processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
- Identify root cause and recommend corrective actions of issues in a timely manner
- Recommend to management actions to take pertaining to utilization management of product and services
- Work collaboratively with members of the team and with other functions/ departments in driving execution of plans and initiatives
- Produce quality documents including business processes and controls, feasibility and impact analysis
- Define and analyze operational issues, identify risks and recommend solutions based on data-driven assessment; Identify opportunities and utilize it
- Knowledge in Python and/or R programming language is a plus
- Skills in data presentation/ visualization and analysis; Good analytical and verbal skills
- Fresh graduates are welcome but experience in the healthcare or HMO industry is an advantage
