About The Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist (Compensation & Benefits) who will play a key role in ensuring accurate payroll processing, effective benefits administration, and compliance with company policies and government regulations.

About The Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist (Compensation & Benefits) who will play a key role in ensuring accurate payroll processing, effective benefits administration, and compliance with company policies and government regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer compensation programs, benefits, and government-mandated contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
- Handle employee inquiries related to compensation, benefits, and payroll concerns
- Prepare reports for management, finance, and external agencies
- Coordinate with government agencies, vendors, and internal departments
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 13 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Payroll
- Strong knowledge of government-mandated benefits and labor regulations
- Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with HRIS or payroll systems
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
