HR Specialist - Onboarding

Duties And Responsibilities

Onboarding

• Audit the onboarding documents before uploading to the HR Softwares and Trackers.
• Assist the Payroll Team with new hires’ payroll account enrollment such as bank enrollment forms.
• and ensure that their account numbers will be available prior to the employees’ first payout.
• Audit and monitor primary and secondary requirements of all new hires; signed non-disclosure agreement, training agreement, and other contracts signed by employees.
  
  

Departmental Support

• Provide support to a variety of HR data activities across various HR functions such as benefits.
• support and administration, performance management administration, and so on (as needed and with an opportunity to rotate across multiple HR domains).
• Audit and update Employee data information and maintain confidentiality of personal information.
• Engage with other departments to facilitate onboarding, including but not limited to coordinating onboarding presentations, preparing onboarding kits and assets.
  
  

Reports

• Prepare Weekly and Monthly Employee Roster and Demographics reports or as needed.
• Prepare Completion Monitoring Reports for any HR-related activities and initiatives.
• Collect, analyze and present data for a better understanding of information that may be used for HR decision making.
• Other relevant reports that may be assigned.
  
  

Minimum Requirements And Qualifications

• With work experience in HR and BPO related fields.
• Good communication skills.
• Extensive knowledge in MS office including MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and can work independently on assigned tasks.
• Excellent time-management skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree.
• Two (2) or more years of work experience in a fast paced and professional work environment. Preferably with prior experience in sourcing, staffing administration, recruitment documentation, processes and reports.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills along with outstanding organizational skills, while maintaining flexibility and efficiency in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
• With strong customer relations skills and work in a large team environment with a high sense of urgency.
• Proven organizational skills with solid attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands.
• Must be willing to work in any shift, extended hours and work days if needed as deemed necessary by the business.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in human resources management or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources (specifically onboarding and data management).
• Excellent understanding of onboarding processes (prior experience in a BPO setting will be advantageous).
• Organized, able to work in fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
• Good time-management skills.
