About The Role

We are looking for a very creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who excels in design, embraces new technologies, and thinks AI-first—constantly looking for smarter, faster, and more innovative ways to create.

You will be responsible for developing static ads, packaging designs, and cascading branded visuals across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate combines strong design fundamentals with the curiosity and confidence to use AI as an everyday creative collaborator.

Key Responsibilities

• Design static advertisements, promotional materials, and campaign assets for various digital platforms.
• Create, adapt, and cascade visual assets across social media channels, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with global creative and marketing teams to localize and implement global campaigns.
• Develop packaging concepts and prepare final production-ready files for product launches.
• Ensure a high level of visual consistency and brand alignment across all design touchpoints.
• Manage multiple design projects, ensuring high-quality output within deadlines.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and bring fresh, creative ideas to the table—both human and AI-generated.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, ideally in marketing, branding, or consumer-facing industries.
• AI-First Design Mindset: You actively integrate AI tools into your workflow, always asking: "How can AI help me do this better, faster, or smarter?"
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
• Experienced in AI-based design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, MidJourney, DALL·E, or similar.
• A strong portfolio showcasing static ads, social media graphics, and packaging design.
• Deep understanding of visual storytelling, layout, color theory, and typography.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage competing deadlines across multiple projects.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working with international teams across time zones.
• Sharp attention to detail and a refined, modern design aesthetic.
