Develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment metrics
What We're Looking For
Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in recruitment tools and ATS systems
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Knowledge of employment laws and best practices
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred
