The Role:

We are looking for a Mid-Level UI/UX Designer who is highly skilled in Figma and passionate about creating exceptional user experiences. You will play a key role in turning ideas into visually engaging, intuitive, and user-friendly designs for both web and mobile platforms. This role requires someone who can collaborate effectively, manage multiple design tasks, and deliver high-quality work on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI mockups primarily using Figma.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, stakeholders, and other designers to translate requirements into design solutions.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
• Maintain and update the company’s design system in Figma.
• Ensure designs follow best practices in usability, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Stay informed about UI/UX trends, design tools, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications & Skills

• 2–4 years of professional UI/UX design experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma (must-have).
• Strong portfolio showcasing web and/or mobile UI/UX projects created in Figma.
• Proficiency in web animation design, and responsive design.
• Experience with user research and usability testing（Optional projects can be removed.）
• Strong visual design skills with a good understanding of typography, color theory, and layout.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Based in the Philippines and able to work with remote teams.
