HR People Services Senior Specialist(Paseo De Roxas Makati City)

About the role

As the HR People Services Senior Specialist at Business Trends Philippines, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional human resources support to our growing team in our Makati City office. This full-time position offers the opportunity to contribute to the strategic direction of our HR function and make a real impact on the employee experience.

What you'll be doing

• Providing comprehensive HR support, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and all aspects of employee lifecycle management
• Operations

You will be the subject matter expert and independently drive scalable day to day operations in key areas below while ensuring business continuity, continuous improvements, service levelsare met, processdocumentation is up-to-date, successfully de-escalate problems and managing vendors’ performance:

• Employee LifecycleEvents

You will be responsible for managing end to end processes for background checks, pre-onboarding, probation confirmation, offboarding and temporary contracts.

• Data Management

You will update employees’ profilestimely and accurately.

• Document Management

You will generate employment related letters (i.e. employment contract, onboarding forms, probation confirmation letters, job and salary change letters, etc) and archive employees personal and employment related documents.

• Benefits Operations

You will manage..

• medical and insurance annual renewal, enrolmentand de-enrolment,
• retirement / pensionplan enrolment, contribution and termination,
• administer leave system,
• handle leave costs accruals and provisioning,
• administer reward & recognition programs(i.e. long serviceaward, birthday,

employee’s life eventsgifts, etc),

• providing data for social reporting, salary benchmarking surveys.
• Mobility

You will run the end-to-end processfrom pre-arrival to repatriation of expatriates and one-way move employees, not limiting to

• assignment letters for expatriates or tripartite agreement for one-way move employees,
• liaison for expatriates/employees in the mobilityprocess upon acceptance of mobility,
• coordinate with relocation companies and expatriates/employees for smooth

shipment and delivery of household goods,

• Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to provide practical, solution-oriented advice
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• Liaising with internal stakeholders to understand their HR-related needs and provide tailored solutions
• Maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Assisting with the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Participating in HR projects and initiatives to enhance the employee experience
• Offering guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters
• Staying up-to-date with changes in employment laws and regulations

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar HR People Services role, preferably in the Management - Internal industry
• Strong knowledge of human resources principles, policies, and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with all levels of the organisation
• Proficient in using HR information systems and data analysis tool
