Monitoring Analyst

We are looking for a Data Monitoring Analyst who will create opportunities for Passport.io clients to maximize their revenue potential by providing them with expert and professional advice on optimizing their payment methods. You shall track patterns in client revenue, investigate the possible factors behind fluctuations, and proactively make fact-based and intelligent recommendations for optimization methods for our customers.

• Collect, consolidate, and analyze data related to the client’s target market as well as payment behaviors and history;
• Track and monitor clients’ revenue patterns, investigate sudden fluctuations and possible factors behind them, and promptly report findings to relevant teams;
• Prepare professional business correspondence based on sound analysis to describe findings from the investigation of each case and propose possible resolutions to the issues found.
• Proactively recommend appropriate optimization of payment methods for clients based on their patterns of revenue.
• Report issues to the relevant teams and management to ensure appropriate action is taken.
• Follow up regarding the status of the reported issues and ensure that solutions are implemented.

• A Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably in business, finance, mathematics, or statistics;
• Excellent knowledge of probability theory and mathematical statistics;
• 1+ years of experience in data analytics and database maintenance preferred
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English;
• Capacity and willingness to work full-time in Makati City, on shifting schedules, including nights and weekends;
• A background in SQL is a plus, but not required.
