Duties And Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing and handling full spectrum of HR functions which include recruitment selection, manpower planning, compensation and benefits, monthly payroll, administration training development and employee / industrial relations.
- Responsible for the development and formulation of HR policies and procedures.
- Work closely with various departments in the company as a strategic partner in term of their manpower needs and provide workforce planning advice in accomplishing the company business vision.
- Explore the market best practices in recruitment and staffing and implement the appropriate best practices within the company.
- Review and constantly monitor the recruitment strategies, channels, social media and materials to ensure cost effectively of the recruitment process for different job profiles and functions in the Company.
- Ensure the manpower requisition from hiring department and the staffing process strictly follows the company’s policy and manpower budget.
- Review, develop, propose, implement and manage the Company’s Compensation & Benefit policies, procedures and processes in motivating the employees to achieve the company goals with balanced in business consideration.
- Manage the compensation and benefit administration including group insurance, performance appraisal, yearly increment and bonus as well as ad-hoc projects such as job evaluation and salary review.
- Keep abreast of current Compensation & Benefit best practices in the industry through market surveys and benchmarking and monitors the related legislation to ensure compliance.
- To plan and formulate policies on all industrial relations matters so as to ensure disciplined workforce and maintaining harmonious employer-employee relationship within the organization through fair and equitable policies consistent with industrial law and practices.
- Provide expertise to manage company-wide talent management analysis and reporting, policies, communication and employer branding; strengthen management’s ability to identify, assess talents and coaches’ managers in the establishment of development plans.
- To ensure maintenance and upkeep of all office equipment, facilities, stationery, logistic and etc.
- To perform any other duties assigned by Immediate Superior from time to time.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Human Resources Management with at least 3 years’ experience in managerial level.
- Strong background with PH Labor Code
- Excellent communication, networking and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership and management skills yet meticulous and analytical.
- Results and people oriented with sound judgment and common sense.
- Result oriented & evidence of delivering results.
- Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast pace environment.
- Excellent track records in managing Reward, ER/IR, Performance Management, Payroll, Policies / Procedures & Recruitment.
