THE ROLE


As Application Manager at BIZBLOQS, you will play a key role in developing, maintaining, and enhancing custom process solutions for our customers primarily in Europe and other regions. Your primary responsibility is to build tailored logic and workflows within our Warehouse Management System (WMS) to meet each customer’s specific operational needs—ranging from straightforward e-commerce setups to highly complex production and logistics workflows.


You will work closely with the Senior Project Engineer and Project Manager to interpret business requirements, define technical specifications, and implement necessary modifications or new features. In parallel, you’ll act as a technical expert or Subject Matter Expert supporting our support team by troubleshooting escalated issues and executing bug fixes with precision.


This role demands strong problem-solving abilities, a high degree of ownership, and a solid understanding of software development principles within logistics and supply chain systems.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Investigate, debug, and resolve issues in existing solutions to ensure optimal system performance and stability.
  • Design, develop, and rigorously test custom solutions tailored to customer-specific workflows and operational needs.
  • Create meaningful reports and interactive dashboards that provide customers with actionable insights and performance visibility.
  • Prepare and maintain clear, comprehensive documentation for all custom processes, including logic flow, configurations, and integration details.
  • Collaborate with project managers to align on specifications, validate requirements, and ensure deliverables meet customer expectations.
  • Participate in the design and planning of scalable and efficient custom solutions, contributing technical insights and feasibility assessments.


REQUIREMENTS:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Application Manager, Software Engineer, or in a similar technical role.
  • Hands-on experience with low-code or configurable development platforms.
  • Prior experience and familiarity on ERP Systems
  • Domain knowledge on Warehouse Management and Logistics Operation
  • Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
  • Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL query tools, preferably with Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Familiarity on Agile SCRUM Methodology or other Project Management Methodology
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Effective team player with strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly customer-focused with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a solution-driven approach.
  • Well-organized and capable of managing time and priorities effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience with report design tools, preferably SSRS and SQL Server Reporting Services.


WORK SCHEDULE:


This is a hybrid work arrangement requiring onsite presence three days per week. Candidates should be flexible and open to working night shifts, as needed.
