HR Manager

Human Resources Manager tailors global HR strategies to local needs, oversees the local HR team, collaborates with peers to align HR practices. They enhance market competitiveness through innovative HR operations, manages local HR projects, acts as a consultant in key HR areas, and supports company growth by expanding the portfolio and aiding in new client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversees the local HR team.
2. Tailors global HR strategies, policies, processes, and plans to fit local needs, or develops new ones, ensuring successful implementation with the help of site/country managers and global colleagues.
3. Collaborates with peers across various departments and levels (site, country, global) to validate and align HR strategies, policies, processes, and plans.
4. Enhances the Company's competitive edge in the local market by coordinating market research for HR strategies and continuously seeking and implementing innovative HR operations (including new methodologies, certifications, tools, and automation).
5. Manages local HR projects and the HR Project Roadmap in line with the approved HR Project Management Procedure (HRPMP).
6. Acts as an HR Consultant in at least one of the following areas: Talent Acquisition, HR Administration, or Organizational Development.
7. Supports the Company's growth by expanding the portfolio and aiding in new client acquisition.
   

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Psychology or any relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of HR experience.
• At least 2 years of experience managing in one or more HR areas.
• Certification in labor legislation is a plus.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English at C2 level according to the European Language Framework.
