Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership
    • Lead, mentor, and manage a dynamic sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Strategy Development:
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company goals and drive revenue growth.
    • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to refine strategic direction.
  • Team Building:
    • Build and scale a high-performing sales team by hiring, training, and developing talent.
    • Create development plans to nurture individual growth and career progression.
  • Pipeline Management:
    • Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing, ensuring a healthy pipeline and timely follow-ups.
    • Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and performance metrics.
  • Customer Relationships:
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Market Expansion:
    • Identify and pursue new market opportunities for BlueInk's digital and electronic signature solutions, with a focus on local and international growth.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and market positioning.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with marketing, business development, and product teams to align sales efforts with broader company objectives.
  • Performance Monitoring:
    • Set performance metrics, monitor sales activity, and report regularly to senior leadership on progress and challenges.
    • Provide regular reports to senior leadership, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales leadership, preferably in a SaaS or software-driven environment.
  • Strong ability to lead, motivate, and build a high-performing sales team.
  • Experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies that have driven measurable growth.
  • Familiarity with the digital signature/eSignature space or similar software industries is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and willing to adapt to flexible hours to collaborate with US-based customers.


Salary:

Up to PHP120,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
