We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at Caring-One Iloilo Call Center Services. This full-time role is based in Iloilo, Western Visayas and involves providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

• Handling inbound customer calls and inquiries with professionalism and empathy
• Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner
• Providing clear and accurate information to customers
• Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
• Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and service delivery
• Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless customer support

What we're looking for

• Graduate of Medical Allied Course preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English
• Prior experience in a customer service or call center environment is preferred
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
