Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Legal Officer to support our human resources and compliance functions within a fast-paced BPO environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in HR legal operations, with a strong understanding of Philippine labor laws, employee relations, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure company policies and HR practices comply with labor laws and regulatory standards
  • Provide legal guidance on employee relations, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling
  • Draft, review, and maintain employment contracts, legal documents, and HR policies
  • Coordinate with external legal counsel on labor-related cases and regulatory matters
  • Support internal investigations and recommend appropriate actions based on findings
  • Monitor changes in labor legislation and update HR policies accordingly
  • Assist in audits and ensure proper documentation of employee records and legal compliance
  • Conduct training sessions on labor law awareness and company policies for HR and operations teams
  • Collaborate with recruitment and operations to ensure legally sound hiring practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Law, Psychology, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR legal or employee relations, preferably in a BPO setting
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and HR compliance standards
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and documentation skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS platforms

Work Setup

  • Location: [Teleperformance McKinley West – HYBRID]
  • Schedule: Full-time, shifting schedules may apply
  • Reports to: HR Manager or Legal & Compliance Lead
