We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Services Coordinator to manage client relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for building lasting client partnerships while supporting business growth.

Role: Client Services Coordinator

• What You'll Do: Manage and address incoming emails and phone calls in coordination with other customer service and tech support staff
• Manage and complete a variety of product related projects and tasks
• Support process improvement initiatives by participating in testing before updates and new feature releases are launched
• Reporting issues
• Support business development ideas and activities
• Be a utility player and assist with whatever tasks are required
• What We're Looking For:
• Experience with websites / web applications and be computer savvy
• Ability to work in Microsoft Office, use of technology and internet, experience with Google Suite applications a plus
• Ability to quickly learn new software and processes
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills- including the confidence to speak up and ask questions
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong mathematical skills
• Ability to work independently, while contributing as a team player
