Role Overview: As the HR Generalist Officer for our Corporate Group, you will spearhead all HR initiatives across the group of companies, playing a pivotal role in shaping our organizational culture and driving employee engagement. You will work closely with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business objectives and foster a dynamic and inclusive workplace environment.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and execute HR strategies in line with the corporate vision and objectives.
- Provide strategic guidance to senior management on HR-related matters.
- Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring the acquisition of top talent.
- Develop and implement retention strategies to nurture key employees and enhance employee satisfaction.
- Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Foster a positive and inclusive work culture across both locations.
- Address employee relations issues promptly and effectively.
- Performance Management:
- Implement performance management systems to drive employee performance and development.
- Provide guidance to managers on performance evaluation and goal setting.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and develop learning programs to enhance employee skills.
- Facilitate career development initiatives to support employee growth.
- HR Policies and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures to maintain a fair and consistent work environment.
- HR Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize HR analytics to gather insights and make data-driven decisions.
- Prepare regular reports on key HR metrics and trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws in the Philippines.
- Proven track record in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Must be willing to report in Makati and Quezon City office.
