As a Business Development Manager [BDM] Japanese Speaker, you will drive growth and expansion of your portfolio of services by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities. Your primary focus is to create and implement strategies that lead to increased revenue, market share, and profitability. Ultimately, you play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate in crafting and executing tactical sales plans to meet and exceed contract and net revenue targets
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various divisions to ensure alignment and realistic achievement of contract deliverables
  • Contract Management: Scope, propose, and negotiate new contracts with clients, emphasizing business requirements and risk mitigation
  • Client Management: Manage client accreditation, new contract documentation, and proactively create and implement structured plans to meet set targets while managing client expectations
  • Sales Cycle Mastery: Take charge of the entire sales cycle, from leads generation and prospecting to telemarketing, networking, solutions building, proposal creation, and price negotiation.
  • Relationship Management: Nurture and grow the client relationship and become a trusted resource and consultant of your clients.
  • Efficiency and Knowledge: Demonstrate a deep understanding of our products and services, fostering personal efficiency and self-learning to adapt to a dynamic industry.
  • Multifaceted Approach: Be willing to wear multiple hats, participate in sales and networking activities, and respond to marketing leads and inquiries
  • Continuous Improvement: Engage in cross-functional training to stay at the forefront of industry trends and best practices
  • Adaptability: Embrace changes and willingly accept additional functions and duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of business-to-business (B2B) solutions sales experience
  • Solutions sales exposure must be recent, ideally from an HR professional service setting
  • Proven track record in sales management, and consistently achieving targets
  • Must have an active professional client portfolio
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Networking prowess and telemarketing experience are an advantage
  • Should be able to work onsite. Makati area.
