General Description: The HR Associate will be responsible for monitoring and implementing the onboarding process for new hires until they are endorsed for nesting. This resource will also be responsible for keeping records updated and accurate at all times and as well as collecting requirements.
Work Arrangement: Nightshift, 11AM - 8PM; Office-based Setup
Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu
Holidays: All national Philippines and USA holidays are observed.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and help maintain records from tracking to 201 filing (electronic & hard copy)
- Communicate with hires and training team for updates
- Assist in onboarding employees by providing the necessary documentations and tools
- Receive and process employee requests through the ticket system and maintain the Service Level Agreement
- Follow and help implement confidentiality of HR files
- Implement discipline performance management and employee engagement programs
- Any ad hoc tasks that may be assigned in the fulfillment of the HR Assistant role
- Must be a college graduate - BS Psychology, Human Resource Management or any related course
- Able to prioritize tasks based on urgency and impact to business
- Process and detail-oriented
- Knowledgeable in labor laws, performance management, discipline process
- Confident and likes to talk to people
- Accountable for tasks and responsibilities assigned to them
- Experience in Human Resources especially in managing records is preferred
- Knowledge and experience using Google suite tools: Sheets, Forms, Gmails, Docs and Slides
- Must be willing to work in-office
- Should be flexible with shift schedule, with a focus on middle or night shifts
- Must be keen to details as the job requires lots of record management
- Good communication skills (written and verbal) and highly trainable
- Highly organized, has initiative and can work with less supervision
- Monthly salary of 25,000 (experienced)
- New hire bonus of 5,000
