Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor real-time queues and agent performance to ensure service level goals are met.
- Track and analyze call volume trends, agent adherence, and schedule efficiency.
- Communicate intraday performance updates to stakeholders and recommend adjustments.
- Coordinate with team leads and supervisors to optimize workforce productivity.
- Identify and report system or process issues affecting operations.
- Generate reports and insights on workforce performance using Excel and other tools.
- Assist in schedule management, shift changes, and break adherence compliance.
- Support the implementation of workforce management strategies to enhance efficiency.
- 2-4 years of relevant Real-Time Analyst (RTA) experience.
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis).
- Experience in workforce management tools and real-time monitoring systems.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Educational background: High School Diploma, Undergraduate, or Bachelors Degree in any field.
- Prior experience in the financial or cryptocurrency industry is a plus but not required.
