HR Data Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a skilled HR Data Analyst to join our dynamic team at Joy~Nostalg Group. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting HR data to drive strategic decision-making and improve organizational performance.

What you'll be doing

• Collect, organize, and analyze HR data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Develop and maintain HR reporting dashboards and visualizations to present data in a clear and compelling manner
• Collaborate with HR business partners to understand their data needs and provide tailored analytics solutions
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance the efficiency of HR data management
• Conduct statistical analysis to support workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives
• Translate complex data into actionable recommendations for the HR leadership team
• Stay up-to-date with the latest HR data analysis tools, techniques, and best practices

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management, or in a quantitative field such as data science, statistics, or business analytics
• 3-5 years of experience in HR data analysis, reporting, or a similar role
• Proficiency in data mining, cleaning, and manipulation using tools like Excel and the like
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to draw meaningful insights from complex data
• Excellent data visualization and communication skills to effectively present findings to stakeholders
• Knowledge of HR metrics, KPIs, and best practices in people analytics
• Familiarity with HR information systems and data integration processes
• Collaborative mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally with HR and business teams
