OccamStrata is looking for an HR Coordinator to support our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised and excited to build a career in HR and People Operations.
You will work closely with Human Capital team and business leaders to support day-to-day HR administration, people processes, reporting, and employee engagement activities in a remote and collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do
- Support HR administration across the employee lifecycle, including maintaining employee records and documentation.
- Assist with leave tracking, basic reporting, and responding to employee queries.
- Provide coordination and admin support for performance reviews and other people processes.
- Above-average Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word and PowerPoint.
- Assist with HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Understanding of basic HR administration principles and employee lifecycle processes.
What We’re Looking For
- 1-4 years of experience in HR, administration, operations, or a similar support role.
- Above-average Microsoft Excel skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Confident communicator who is comfortable engaging with employees in virtual settings.
- Highly organised, detail oriented, and eager to learn.
- Background or interest in Human Resources or People Operations.
- Experience supporting virtual events or engagement activities.
- Familiarity with tools such as Asana, Front, or other workflow systems.
- Confident in MS Office functions
- Gain hands-on experience across core HR coordination, operations, and people processes.
