Remote Virtual Assistant: Production Artist

Job Description

As a Production Artist Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for creating custom designs for products like murals, wallpapers, pillows, blankets, etc. Your expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator will be essential for customizing these products based on customer specifications. You will collaborate with designers and project managers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work while maintaining color accuracy and consistency across different materials and printing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• File Preparation & Optimization: Prepare and optimize digital files for various output methods, ensuring they meet specific production standards for print, web, or other digital platforms.
• Design Asset Management: Organize, manage, and maintain a library of design assets, ensuring they are correctly formatted, versioned, and easily accessible for projects.
• Color Accuracy & Pre-press: Implement precise color management techniques to ensure consistency across different materials and output processes, and perform pre-press checks for flawless reproduction.
• Layout & Typesetting: Execute precise layout adjustments and typesetting for various collateral, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and optimal readability.
• Quality Control & Proofing: Conduct thorough proofreading and quality assurance checks on all designs to identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, or deviations from project specifications.
• Workflow Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with designers, project managers, and other team members to ensure a smooth workflow and timely delivery of high-quality, production-ready assets.
• Software Proficiency: Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) and other relevant production software.
  
  

LINE OF BUSINESS (LOB)

• Production Artist Virtual Assistance with a focus on Digital Asset Production Specialized in creative backend tasks (e.g., File Preparation, Color Management, Layout Adjustment, Quality Control, Asset Management)
• Focus Areas:
• Optimizing files for print and digital output.
• Ensuring color accuracy and consistency across media.
• Collaborating on workflow for timely asset delivery.
  

Qualifications

• High School Graduate, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate.
• With at least Basic Knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a keen eye for consistency and error detection.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with excellent communication skills for effective team interaction.
• Strong time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Willing to be trained and start ASAP.
