JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for an experienced Global HR Business Partner to lead and manage all human resources initiatives across our global organization. This person will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees, building the HR infrastructure from the ground up — including policies, programs, and strategies that support compliance, culture, and engagement across multiple countries.
This is a hands-on, strategic role that will take full ownership of HR responsibilities, allowing leadership to focus on business growth and operations. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in global HR management, strong understanding of international labor practices, and the ability to scale people operations in a growing organization.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic HR Leadership
- Act as a strategic advisor to the leadership team on all people-related matters globally.
- Build and implement a cohesive HR framework — policies, procedures, and programs — aligned with company values and business objectives.
- Partner with department heads to identify organizational needs, workforce planning, and talent strategy
Compliance & Policy Management
- Develop and maintain global HR policies that ensure compliance with local labor laws in all operating countries.
- Oversee risk management related to employment practices, employee relations, and data protection.
- Manage and advise on contracts, benefits, and legal compliance for international employees and contractors.
Employee Experience & Management
- Design and execute programs to foster employee engagement, performance, and retention.
- Champion company culture and ensure alignment across diverse global teams.
- Lead initiatives for employee well-being, recognition, and development.
Talent Management & Development
- Implement performance management frameworks and professional development programs.
- Support leadership coaching, succession planning, and career growth initiatives.
Operational Excellence
- Own HR operations including onboarding, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HRIS management.
- Create dashboards and metrics to measure HR effectiveness and provide insights to leadership.
- Manage vendor relationships and global benefits providers.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally with global or multi-country scope.
- Strong understanding of international employment laws, HR compliance, and cross-cultural management.
- Proven experience building HR infrastructure from scratch in a scaling or startup environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to operate strategically while executing hands-on HR tasks when needed.
- SHRM-SCP, CIPD, or equivalent certification is a plus.
