We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR & Admin Manager to lead our human resources and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of HR practices, and the ability to foster a positive workplace culture.

What You'll Do
Oversee recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Foster employee engagement through training and development programs.
Manage performance appraisal systems to ensure effective feedback.
Coordinate administrative tasks to support daily operations.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 5 years of Retail experience in HR management or related field.
Strong understanding of employment legislation and best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with HR software is a plus.
