(Hiring) Office Staff/Clerk

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and ready to be part of a dynamic team? We are looking for a reliable Office Staff/Clerk to join our team and contribute to the smooth operations of our office!
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage office documents, files, and records (both physical and digital)
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle general office correspondence
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed
- Provide general administrative support to team members
- Assist with data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Handle basic customer inquiries and provide exceptional service
- Perform other office-related tasks as required
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor’s degree is a plus
- Previous office experience preferred but not required
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
