  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
  • Must have IT support background that understand the QA context in a helpdesk environment.
  • At least a year experience as Servicedesk/ Helpdesk Support.
  • With ITSM ticketing experience
  • Should have analytical and reasoning skills
  • Ability to create weekly and monthly quality reports for the management review
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel (Pivot table) & PowerPoint
  • Collaborate well & effective communicator at all levels
  • Should have effective coaching skills
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Tanuan, Batangas
  • Mon-Fri (8AM-5:30PM)
  • Can start ASAP!!
