We’re seeking a Healthcare Recruiter with hands-on experience in screening candidates and coordinating interviews in the Australian healthcare space. If you're well-versed in the NDIS and understand the recruitment landscape for Australian clients, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Review and shortlist resumes based on role requirements in healthcare and disability services.
- Conduct phone screening interviews to assess qualifications, availability, and NDIS compliance.
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers across different healthcare roles.
- Maintain accurate records using ATS or recruitment CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal team members and provide timely updates on candidate pipelines.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in healthcare or NDIS-focused roles).
- Understanding of the NDIS and related workforce needs.
- Experience working with Australian clients or in the Australian job market.
- Excellent phone communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
