Health, Environment, Safety, and Security Supervisor

As Health, Environment, Safety, and Security Supervisor, you will be responsible in preparing initial policies and programs related to HESS, and check and report site adherence to the approved HESS policies, standards, and processes.

Major Responsibilities:

Standards Management:

• Recommend enterprise-wide or site-specific HESS improvement initiatives, especially those that ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Coordinate the implementation of HESS improvement initiatives, including cascading of new policy and standards
• Support site teams during major emergencies or incidents through facilitating the implementation of approved safety protocols

Compliance and Reporting:

• Monitor and analyze KPI results and recommend ways to enhance efficiency in HESS
• Update and maintain all relevant documents of the team using a secure, collaborative platform

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Nursing/Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or any related field
• Must be SO 3 or 4 Certified
• Must be PCO Certified
• With at least 5 years of related work experience
• Experience in a manufacturing/industrial industry is required
• Knowledgeable of environmental and occupational health and safety regulations that are applicable to the manufacturing industry
• Familiar with disaster risk management and emergency preparedness and response, hazard identification/ assessment methodology
• Familiar in security measures, including surveillance systems
• Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City
• Willing to visit Manufacturing Sites located in various areas in the Philippines
