Job Mandate

Primarily responsible for overseeing the processing of loan documents through documentary deficiencies validation and compliance checking by Compliance Checking Processors/Officers in accordance with approved terms and conditions, standard operating procedures, bank policies and guidelines and within the set service levels agreed with various business units.

Responsibilities

• Review, check and monitor endorsed Loan Accounts : review loan documents and requirements by the client through validation of documentary deficiencies and compliance checking; checks completeness and accuracy of facility and collateral set-up in ICBS, approves Documents-In-Order Certification/Request for Booking falling under his/her approval authority before release to implementing units
• Work Process Management : develops training materials for new hires, recommends works steps and systems enhancements that results to process improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree graduate
• Experience with at least five (5 ) years of experience in documentation/compliance checking, custodianship gained from a commercial / universal bank or other financial institution
• Technical Skills: knowledgeable in compliance checking, particularly commercial and consumer loans; communication and organization skills; computer literate; people handling
• Other Skills: learning agility, analytical, systematic; can work under pressure; independent / can work with minimum supervision; coordination / interpersonal skills
• Willing to report on-site
