About the Role:
The Legal Head will lead and manage the overall legal function of the holding company, exercising administrative supervision and strategic oversight over the legal teams of all subsidiaries and affiliated entities. This role ensures that all legal operations across the group are aligned with corporate objectives, compliant with applicable laws, and supportive of business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the legal affairs of the holding company and its subsidiaries, ensuring consistency and compliance across all entities.
- Provide strategic legal advice to senior management and the Board on corporate, regulatory, and risk-related matters.
- Exercise administrative and functional supervision over the legal teams of the group, ensuring efficient coordination and performance.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts, agreements, and other legal instruments involving the groups business interests.
- Develop and implement group-wide legal policies, compliance frameworks, and governance standards.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies, government agencies, and external counsels on major legal issues and proceedings.
- Identify potential legal risks and recommend proactive measures to mitigate exposure.
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) / Juris Doctor (JD); must be a member in good standing of the Philippine Bar.
- With at least 10 years of extensive legal experience, including leadership or head-of-department roles within a corporate or holding company setup.
- Proven experience in managing multiple legal teams or overseeing group-level legal functions.
- Strong background in corporate, commercial, and regulatory law.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to provide strategic direction while maintaining operational excellence across all legal units.
