Summary:

The HR Manager is responsible for the management of the day to day operations of the Human Resource department in the administration of human resources policies, procedures and programs. The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. This role will directly contribute to fostering an inclusive, dynamic, and productive environment that reflects and promotes the company's core values and objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or any related course
• 10+ years of relevant experience in General Human Resources
• Experienced team player, strong leadership and people management skills
• Strong customer service skills, including ability to handle difficult, urgent, and sensitive personal employee situations with confidentiality and discretion
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking and analytical skills to find the best solutions for the employees
• Above average verbal, written communication and presentation skills
• Extensive understanding of the basic employee benefits and compensation in the Philippines
• Proficient knowledge of HRMS and Payroll systems
• In-depth knowledge of Philippine Labor Law
