About The Role

The Head of Commercial will oversee and drive our client's commercial operations and strategy, with a focus on advancing e-commerce solutions and expanding market presence. This role requires a strategic leader with hands-on e-commerce experience to effectively propel growth and deliver outstanding results for our clients.

Your Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Formulate and implement commercial strategies that enhance e-commerce solutions and drive growth for clients.
  • E-Commerce Solutions: Oversee the development and optimization of e-commerce platforms and services to meet client needs and market demands.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market segments to broaden our client base and increase market share.
  • Revenue Management: Manage financial performance, including revenue streams, budgets, and forecasts, to ensure profitability and achieve financial targets.
  • Client Relations: Build and sustain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored e-commerce solutions.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a high-performing commercial team, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Industry Insights: Stay current with e-commerce trends, technologies, and competitive landscape to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

What Our Client Is Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial from multinational company/setting
  • Proven success in developing and executing e-commerce strategies that drive growth and enhance performance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
  • Experience with various e-commerce platforms and technologies.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and online sales strategies.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data analytics tools.
