About The Role

This role requires a strategic leader with hands-on e-commerce experience to effectively propel growth and deliver outstanding results for our clients.
Your Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Formulate and implement commercial strategies that enhance e-commerce solutions and drive growth for clients.
- E-Commerce Solutions: Oversee the development and optimization of e-commerce platforms and services to meet client needs and market demands.
- Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market segments to broaden our client base and increase market share.
- Revenue Management: Manage financial performance, including revenue streams, budgets, and forecasts, to ensure profitability and achieve financial targets.
- Client Relations: Build and sustain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored e-commerce solutions.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a high-performing commercial team, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Industry Insights: Stay current with e-commerce trends, technologies, and competitive landscape to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
- Bachelor’s degree in
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial from multinational company/setting
- Proven success in developing and executing e-commerce strategies that drive growth and enhance performance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
- Experience with various e-commerce platforms and technologies.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and online sales strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data analytics tools.
