As the Supply Chain Manager (SCM), you will be accountable and responsible for the end-to-end supply chain management and processes in Roche Diagnostics Philippines including demand, supply planning, inbound logistics, inventory management, 3PL/4PL management, order management and last mile delivery to customers. You will fully embrace and translate global and regional Supply Chain vision and strategic direction into business-aligned action plans and will lead the implementation. You will lead a team of 10-15 supply chain professionals, developing and promoting a diverse and inclusive environment, focusing on the right work for the highest impact.

Key responsibilities include:

• End-to-End Supply Chain Management: Oversee the entire supply chain process, including demand, supply planning, inbound logistics, inventory management, 3PL/4PL management, order management and last mile delivery
• 3PL/4PL Management: Partner with 3PL/4PL providers to ensure good service levels, conduct periodic performance reviews, and drive service improvements
• Inbound Logistics: Work with appointed customs broker and 4PL provider to ensure timely inbound and goods receipt of inventory
• Inventory Optimization: Proactively optimize stock levels, minimize inventory write-offs, managing occasional bottleneck issues, and collaborating with Commercial teams for stock allocation. Drive the S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) process
• Outbound Logistics: Oversee daily supply chain operations, manage customer order processing, provide customer service support, ensure adherence to On-Time In-Full (OTIF) KPIs, and address customer logistics-related complaints to improve satisfaction
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement business process improvements to enhance efficiency, drive cost effective solutions while managing various stakeholders
• Team Leadership: Empower and develop the supply chain team’s skills and knowledge, and motivate the team to achieve high performance
• Governance and Compliance: Demonstrate the Roche values of Integrity, Courage and Passion while carrying out job responsibilities and accountabilities and comply with the Roche Code of Conduct and all Healthcare Compliance policies and regulations in all interactions and situations
  
  

Who You Are:

• You have a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field (preferred)
• You have a minimum 10 years of proven experience in Supply Chain settings in MNCs and previous experience as a people manager. Prior experience in Medical Device, Life Sciences or FMCG industry will be advantageous
• You have excellent customer service orientation, collaboration, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• You are able to communicate fluently in English
• You possess SAP know-how in SD, MM and APO DP modules
• You have proven that you can lead and influence a team, as well as work with a myriad of stakeholders including senior management.
• You are independent, resilient and possess the desire and ability to challenge the status quo
