We are looking for:

We are seeking a full-time remote Website Graphic Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, strong aesthetics, and a passion for modern design and effective marketing.

First and foremost, you must be a talented graphic designer with experience in both website and graphic design. Proficiency in Adobe Suite or similar design software such as Figma is essential. If you have illustration skills, that’s an added bonus!

Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for designing complete websites, landing pages, web elements, custom icons, logos, illustrations, animated GIFs, and social media ads—all aimed at increasing conversion rates using Adobe Suite or similar design tools.
• Your role will involve continuously improving clients’ websites and marketing materials by collaborating with our team to create visually appealing, high-conversion designs optimized for user experience, SEO, and performance.
• Additionally, you'll conduct website performance and quality tests across devices (desktops, laptops, tablets, and smartphones), use WordPress frontend page builders, and take on other tasks that keep your work varied and engaging.

Qualifications and experience:

• Portfolio showcasing strong design work.
• At least 2 years of experience in graphic or web design using tools like Photoshop, Figma, or Illustrator.
• For this job, A2 to B1 level English proficiency (based on the CEFR scale) is sufficient. This means you don’t need to be fluent or a native speaker, but should be able to communicate clearly on familiar topics, manage basic conversations, and understand common expressions.

Nice To Have Skills

• Experience in illustration and digital art is a big plus.
• Experience with WordPress page builders (Gutenberg, Beaver Builder, Elementor) is a plus.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery, and Git version control is a bonus, though not required.

Technological:

• A workspace free of distraction. This job is for someone who enjoys the freedom and comfort of working from home or coworking space.
• A download speed capable of at least 30 Mbps and an upload speed of at least 10 Mbps.

Work timings:

• Able to provide at least 6 hours of overlap with the 9 am-5 pm EST workday (Monday - Friday).
• Weekends are also optional for additional income.
