Since our founding in 2017, Willow has grown from a start-up in Australia to serving customers around the globe. Our product offering digitizes the build world for a better world. We make our customers buildings work smarter for them and the environment.

You will be joining a team of performance-driven Willowers, backed by the most advanced technology the built world has ever seen.

About The Role

At Willow, we are digitizing the built world for a better world and we empower our team members to make a meaningful impact and embrace change. Our Software Deployment Team is seeking an exceptional Deployment and Integrations Coordinator. In this role, you will be working closely with project and team leads to ensure the successful and timely deployment of our software. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a demonstrated record of successfully coordinating complex, cross-functional projects to achieve desired outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work directly on live Digital Twin deployment projects as a Deployment and Integrations Coordinator, reporting to the Manager of Software and Integrations and will work closely with the appropriate Account Manager.
  • Use industry knowledge and understanding of building systems to independently manage the collation, review and processing of multiple disparate datasets to build Digital Twins to deliver customer value through Willow’s product capabilities and Activate Technology.
  • Lead the deployment of integrations and the integration's site readiness activities to ensure sites and data sources are prepared and available for integration.
  • Develop strong internal and external stakeholder relationships and exercise lateral relationships to facilitate action and gain buy-in.
  • Contribute to deployment documentation to capture improved processes, lessons learned and how-to guidance.

About You

  • 1-5 years of related experience in project/program coordination, ideally in a SaaS or technology-enabled services business.
  • Experience in IT/OT/IoT, as well as understanding around API integrations, is a must have to be qualified for this position.
  • Experience with digesting data in Snowflake is a must.
  • Experience in Mechanical/HVAC Engineering Consulting, Building Automation Systems, Building Information Management, or Enterprise Asset Management systems are a plus.
  • The combination of a strong problem-solving mindset with a passion for life-long learning to effectively drive clarity from ambiguity.

By joining our team of Willowers, we offer true flexible working arrangements, remote and/or hybrid as well as parental leave available for those budding families.

But it is not all about us – it’s about you and the world around us. Willowers can dedicate up to 3 days a year to causes they love or level up through our Willow Academy. Psst…we’ve got your back with cool discounts on shopping and services too.

We at Willow never give up, we work smart, we care about our fellow human beings, and we always put our best foot forward.

At Willow, we’re not just looking for the right fit for the job – we’re excited to embrace a rainbow of talents and perspectives, fostering a vibrant workplace where all individuals are celebrated and discrimination is left at the door.
