As a Graphic Designer, you will
- Be responsible for developing visual assets that support Dukes' digital marketing and eCommerce strategy.
- This includes designing high-converting website banners, engaging email layouts, and visually compelling social media and paid ad creatives across Meta and Google platforms.
- Collaborate closely with the founder on overall brand and creative direction, and with the paid media lead to ensure alignment between creative execution and performance goals.
- Expect a dynamic and fast-moving work environment with room for input, experimentation, and creative growth
Non-negotiables
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, and digital design principles.
- Familiarity with performance-driven marketing and designing for user engagement and conversion.
- Proficiency in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Detail-oriented with a strong visual eye and consistency in brand execution.
- Creative, resourceful, and collaborative—someone who thrives in a feedback-rich environment.
- Comfortable working autonomously but also open to direction and rapid iteration.
