Core Tasks
Minimum Requirements
- Acquire an in-depth understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively support all business development initiatives.
- Support the Business Development team in overall operations, including developing and implementing strategies for prospecting, lead generation, and client acquisition.
- Perform daily administrative tasks to ensure seamless coordination and functionality of the Business Development team’s activities.
- Organize, update, and maintain both physical and electronic documents by monitoring, reviewing, auditing, filing, and archiving, ensuring accurate categorization, labeling, and indexing for easy retrieval.
- Maintain and update customer records and databases by accurately documenting interactions and relevant information for future reference.
- Assist the New Business team with the bidding and accreditation processes.
- Provide support for project-based subscriptions and Terms of Agreement (TOA) documentation.
- Aid in organizing various projects and preparing reports for the Business Development team.
- Offer insights to support product development and pricing strategies.
- Assist in generating leads through sales tools and by identifying potential bidding opportunities.
Minimum Requirements

- The role requires strong problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to think critically and offer creative solutions.
- Excellent documentation, organizational, analytical, and communication skills are essential.
- Candidates must have the capacity to build strong relationships with managers and business leaders.
