Core Tasks

  • Acquire an in-depth understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively support all business development initiatives.
  • Support the Business Development team in overall operations, including developing and implementing strategies for prospecting, lead generation, and client acquisition.
  • Perform daily administrative tasks to ensure seamless coordination and functionality of the Business Development team’s activities.
  • Organize, update, and maintain both physical and electronic documents by monitoring, reviewing, auditing, filing, and archiving, ensuring accurate categorization, labeling, and indexing for easy retrieval.
  • Maintain and update customer records and databases by accurately documenting interactions and relevant information for future reference.
  • Assist the New Business team with the bidding and accreditation processes.
  • Provide support for project-based subscriptions and Terms of Agreement (TOA) documentation.
  • Aid in organizing various projects and preparing reports for the Business Development team.
  • Offer insights to support product development and pricing strategies.
  • Assist in generating leads through sales tools and by identifying potential bidding opportunities.
