GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Job Summary:

We are seeking a truly creative Graphic Designer with a passion for visual storytelling and exceptional design skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing event materials, marketing collaterals, and stage backdrops that enhance our incentive travel business model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design visually stunning materials, including event brochures, flyers, and banners.
• Create stage backdrops, presentations, and event signage that align with the theme and objectives of each event.
• Collaborate with the events team to develop unique visual concepts for incentive travel programs and corporate events.
• Develop and maintain design templates for recurring projects while ensuring innovation for unique event requirements.
• Ensure all materials are aligned with brand guidelines and meet the highest design standards.
• Work with printers and external vendors to ensure the quality and timely production of physical collaterals.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to bring fresh ideas to each project.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the events, travel, or hospitality industry.
• Portfolio showcasing creativity and experience in designing event materials, marketing collaterals, and large-format designs such as stage backdrops.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
• Strong communication skills to interpret briefs and collaborate effectively with team members.
