Digital Delivery Lead

Leads the delivery of the digital programs and projects together with

the Business Enabling Teams through:

Responsibilitie

• sLeads the overall delivery management of each project under within the managed portfolio, ensuring such are delivered on time, on-budget, and on-scope
• .Defines and finalize project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with the business unit and key stakeholder
• sCreates and manages the detailed timeline for project execution and ensures that resources are always aligned with such
• .Optimizes utilization of available resources to deliver project activities within the required timeframes and agreed quality and scop
• eCoaches, mentors, motivates and supervises project team members and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work
• .Updates the project team of the status of the project based on agreed-upon frequency
• .Clears blockers for the SMEs to perform and delive
• rFacilitates learning through postmortem and sprint retrospectiv
• eProvides direct supervision and mentoring to project team member
• sReviews technical design provided by the Solutions Architect, such as database, application architecture, and system interface design, together with the technical delivery team
• .Identifies, monitors, and manages project risks, issues, dependencies, and action plans until project implementation and closure
• .Monitors and manages project expenses to ensure it is within cost baseline
• .Identifies and manages project dependencies and critical pat
• hEstablishes and ensures appropriate governance functions for the program in accordance with enterprise policies and practices and on behalf of the executive sponsor or senior responsible owner
• .Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans
• .Ensures that the implemented solution is based on the Solutions Architect’s design and is aligned with the Enterprise Architectur
