Graphic Design Intern (Marketing Collaterals)

What You´ll Do

• Assist in the creation and editing of print and digital marketing materials, including publications, social media content, e-commerce assets, and video adaptations, while adhering to Henkel’s brand strategy and design guidelines
• Manipulate photographs and develop vector graphics to enhance marketing collateral
• Ensure timely completion of projects by meeting deadlines and project requirements
• Maintain organized folders with complete source files and final outputs, ensuring accurate utilization logs for all tasks
• Manage asset uploads in SharePoint or Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems, ensuring proper tagging and folder structure
• Aid in sourcing and checking files from various platforms, like SharePoint and SEAL, to support design efforts
• Keep production hours updated and maintain a well-organized system for working files and outputs, facilitating effective asset management
  
  

What makes you a good fit

• Must be an Undergraduate Student currently enrolled in a college/university studying Marketing, Multimedia Arts, Communication Arts or other related courses
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office 365, and Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and In Design) are required
• Proficient in both verbal and written English communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills, manage multiple projects, and execute key deliverables within required timeframes
• Must be able to provide a signed Memorandum of Agreement, Endorsement Letter, and Medical Certificate from the college or university
• Amenable to work on a hybrid set up (work from home and onsite in Ayala Avenue, Makati) and report for at least three hundred and fifty (350) on-the-job training hours
