About The Role

As a CASA Growth and Retention Head, you will be responsible for aligning deposit product strategy with the overall company business strategy. Develops and enhances all value propositions of products to meet customer needs and drive business metrics, manages marketing efforts to drive customer acquisition and engagement, and crafting retention and deposit build up programs for existing Deposit clients to ensure product profitability.

How You’ll Contribute

  • Orchestrates overall strategy and execution for the various units in the department to drive business metrics, mentors/develops team members
  • Owns product performance monitoring and leads agile execution of key enhancements and developments needed to grow portfolio
  • Works with different executives, leaders, and stakeholders across business units to synchronize segmentation strategy and do performance management checks
  • Run projects and initiatives based on the strategic priorities of the segment.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business and Financial/ FinTech, Analytics, Project Management, Strategy and Governance, open to any field of study
  • Must have more than 10 years of experience in product management, deposits and payroll products is a plus
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong strategic, analytical and management skills
  • Project management skills
