Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Graduate Quality Assurance Analyst to join our Global Software Solutions team. This role is designed for individuals who are starting their career learning how to properly test front and backend code, and log issues accurately within our workflow management systems.

Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in but are not limited to:

• Manual Testing: Perform manual testing of front and backend code by following test scripts or scenarios provided. Identify deviations from UI designs, acceptance criteria outlined in tickets, and expected results in test scenarios.
• Defect Logging: Accurately capture defects found with details such as where the issue was found, steps to reproduce, the issue seen, and the expected results. Log issues accurately within our workflow management systems (like Jira).
• Mentorship: Actively seek guidance and mentorship from more senior team members to develop your test skills.
• Continuous Improvement: Focus on improving your observation skills, accuracy in capturing defect details, and speed in terms of test execution.
• Device Testing: Test software using your computer and simulate testing of experiences for tablets and mobile devices.
  
  

What you will bring to the team:

• 0-1 year of relevant experience where performance has met/exceeded expectations (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Ability to perform manual testing by following test scripts or scenarios.
• Strong observation skills to identify deviations from UI designs, acceptance criteria, and expected results.
• Ability to accurately capture defect details with clear steps to reproduce and expected results.
• Familiarity with workflow management systems like Jira.
• Clear and concise communication skills to log issues and provide updates on progress.
• Willingness to learn and improve your testing skills through mentorship and training opportunities.
• Ability to simulate testing of software experiences for tablets and mobile devices.
  
  

Work schedule: Monday to Friday / 4:00 pm to 1:00 am / Hybrid
