We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Government Assistant Liaison to facilitate communication between our organization and government entities. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and a comprehensive understanding of governmental processes, ensuring all interactions are efficient and effective.

What You'll Do
Serve as the primary point of contact for government agencies and stakeholders.
Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations for internal and external meetings.
Build and maintain relationships with key government officials.
Monitor policy changes and their implications for the organization.
Assist in coordinating events, meetings, and outreach efforts with government partners.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars for senior leadership regarding government affairs.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role or within government relations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; fluency in both English and Filipino is preferred.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively.
Familiarity with local government procedures and regulations.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
