  • Maintain and organize confidential files and records, ensuring compliance with company policies and accuracy
  • Professional and discreet handling of incoming and outgoing communications
  • Supports the dayto-day business activities of executive and/or stakeholder

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and planning skills;
  • Can handle rush requirements efficiently;
  • Good people skills;
  • Good oral and written communication skills;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills;
  • 3 to 5 years of experience as an Executive Secretary
