Global OPEX Senior Manager Finance Transformation (API)
Location: BGC, Taguig (Onsite)
Work Schedule: Day Shift, Mon-Fri
Role Overview:
As the Global OPEX Senior Manager, you will lead transformation initiatives across finance functions and operational processes. This role is both strategic and execution-focused responsible for driving efficiency, standardization, and process improvement across global entities.
You will work closely with regional leaders and stakeholders across various business units, ensuring consistent alignment of transformation goals with business strategy.

Role Overview:
As the Global OPEX Senior Manager, you will lead transformation initiatives across finance functions and operational processes. This role is both strategic and execution-focused responsible for driving efficiency, standardization, and process improvement across global entities.
You will work closely with regional leaders and stakeholders across various business units, ensuring consistent alignment of transformation goals with business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead global finance transformation programs (RTR, OTC, PTP) from planning to execution.
- Manage large-scale transitions, organizational change, and end-to-end improvement projects.
- Develop and implement performance metrics, process automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with international stakeholders to align on transformation roadmaps and delivery targets.
- Serve as a mentor to internal teams, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- 10+ years of experience in operational excellence, finance transformation, or process improvement.
- Preferably with exposure to shared services, GBS, or BPO environments.
- Strong project management background; Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to lead regional or global initiatives, with strong stakeholder management.
- Experience managing 250+ FTEs or enterprise-level transformation efforts.
