Job Description Summary
The HR Project Analyst is responsible for leading and managing projects within the EMEA re-organization, aimed at standardizing and improving HR processes within the region. Working in a global environment, the HR Project Analyst will support various regions and collaborate with local leadership. They will oversee high-visibility, high-impact programs and projects, ensuring effective change management to drive project success.
This role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to manage deliverables across multiple teams while facilitating collaboration and coordination. Additionally, the HR Project Analyst will be responsible for managing strict timelines, budgets, and project scope, partnering closely with the EMEA People Services – Country Teams, Talent Management, and People Partner teams.

Job Description
About the Role:
- Lead and manage HR process improvement programs / projects
- Support various regions and interface with local leadership
- Manage high-visibility and high-impact projects, ensuring proper change management
- Facilitate collaboration and communication across various teams
- Manage strict timelines, budgets, and defined scope
- Partner closely with the EMEA Country Teams, Global People Services, Talent Management, and People Partner teams
- Ensure project deliverables are met and projects are completed on time and within budget
- BSC/MSC degree is preferred
- 5-7 years of relevant experience working in a similar role; working with HCM, Agile framework experience
- English language upper intermediate
- Experience of working with ServiceNow and/or Workday HCM in a product owner capacity or equivalent other relevant experience
- Knowledge of any other European language is an advantage
