The Fulfillment Service Associate (FSA) shall be responsible in handling loan implementation, availment, booking through:
- Review of documents on hand and identify documents for submission by clients
- Preparation of post-approval documents, i.e., loan and security documents for client's signature
- Implementation of clients’ loans and other products
- Process availment
- Preparation of credit folder
- Monitor document deficiencies
- Graduate of any business-related courses
- Have good understanding of accounting principles
- Has good verbal and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills
- Proficient with Microsoft applications
- Willing to be assigned in Makati or near areas.
