  Ready to own the front end of high-performing websites? We’re hiring a Senior Front-End Web Developer with deep experience in building fast, secure, and conversion-driven platforms.
 
The Opportunity at a Glance

We’re on the lookout for a Senior Front-End Web Developer to lead the development, performance, and optimisation of multiple websites and microsites for a growing healthcare provider. This is a full-time, remote role for Philippine-based candidates, employed under a proper PH setup.


To be considered, you must have 6-8 years of professional experience in front-end development, with strong skills in WordPress, CSS/HTML, SEO best practices, and cross-platform performance. You’ll work closely with digital, creative, and IT teams to deliver responsive, accessible, and brand-consistent websites built for scale, lead generation, and user experience.


 


How You’ll Make an Impact


  • Optimise all websites for SEO, site speed, and mobile responsiveness




  • Design and build high-quality, user-friendly pages using WordPress and web tools like Elementor, Astra, and Gravity Forms




  • Create and test new site features, plug-ins, and integrations in staging environments




  • Manage updates, subdomain microsites, and functionality rollouts across platforms




  • Collaborate with marketing and IT teams on digital campaigns and system integrations (e.g., Salesforce, JobAdder)




  • Maintain strong cybersecurity practices, troubleshoot bugs, and ensure accessibility compliance




  • Continuously improve key pages and web experiences based on UX data and conversion benchmarks




 
What We’re Looking For - You’re the Perfect Fit if You:


  • Have 6-8 years of proven front-end development experience, ideally in a digital, healthcare, or high-growth business environment




  • Are highly proficient in CSS, HTML, and modern WordPress frameworks and plug-ins




  • Have experience with Elementor, Gravity Forms, Siteground, and Astra




  • Understand mobile-first design, accessibility, and core technical SEO principles




  • Have experience managing integrations between websites and CRMs or third-party systems




  • Can manage multiple sites and deployment environments independently




  • Are proactive, structured, and results-driven, with strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Familiarity with tools like GTmetrix, SEMrush, Google PageSpeed Insights, and Lighthouse




  • Experience working in cross-functional teams with marketers, creatives, and developers




  • A portfolio of high-performing sites you’ve built or optimised




  • Comfort working in fast-paced, sprint-based environments with strong attention to detail




  • Knowledge of automation or AI-based optimisation tools for websites




 
Work Schedule & Employment Terms


  • Full-Time | Monday to Friday




  • Remote role for Philippine-based candidates
