Work Schedule: Mix of UK and US business hours (flexibility required)
Pay Range: up to USD 1,400/month plus commission (The final offer is at the client's discretion and will be based on the candidate's skills and years of experience.)
Client recruitment process: video submission (questions are listed below), client assessment, and 2 client interviews

Duties And Responsibilities
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
1 - Video Introduction Submission

Duties And Responsibilities
- Make 60-70 outbound calls per day to pre-qualified SME prospects.
- Clearly introduce ERP and Open Banking payment solutions.
- Identify business pain points and qualify prospects for discovery calls.
- Book demos and hand over qualified leads to Account Executives.
- Follow prepared call lists generated by the internal data team (~300 leads/week).
- Use HubSpot for lead tracking, task management, and follow-ups.
- Schedule appointments directly in account managers’ calendars.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve outreach strategies.
- Handle objections professionally while keeping conversations engaging.
- Consistently achieve weekly and monthly booking targets.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- 1+ year in sales, customer service, or business development (B2B preferred).
- High-volume calling or call center experience is a plus.
- SaaS/ERP/fintech exposure is a bonus but not mandatory — training provided.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
- Professional and confident phone presence.
- CRM experience (HubSpot preferred).
- Ability to explain technical solutions in clear, simple terms.
- Resilient, proactive, and motivated by results.
- Quick thinker who can engage decision-makers.
- Comfortable handling objections and maintaining energy across multiple calls.
- Curious and eager to learn about SaaS, fintech, and open banking.

1 - Video Introduction Submission

- Introduction - Share a brief overview of yourself, highlighting your key skills, experience, and relevant background.
- Lead Qualification - Explain your approach to identifying and qualifying B2B leads, particularly within ERP and Open Banking contexts.
- Pitching - Describe how you would pitch Open Banking payments to a traditional business in clear, simple, and relatable terms.
- Overcoming Hesitation - Provide an example of how you helped a hesitant lead gain confidence and move forward with a technical product.
- The passing score is a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute (WPM).
- Before taking the final assessment on Somewhere’s typing test, we highly recommend practicing with other online typing tests, as you will have only one attempt for this application.
